UPDATE COVID19

Dear Clients,

As of March 18, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services has suspended routine in-person services until at least April 1 to help slow the spread of Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19). USCIS staff will continue to perform duties that do not involve contact with the public.
However, USCIS will provide emergency services for limited situations. https://www.uscis.gov/

Our office continues to work in all our cases as usual, however, we have moved into a virtual platform. To do our part in stopping the spread of the Coronavirus, all our consultations, client appointment, interactions, and communications will be done via telephone, video conference, or email. Rest assured that we count with the technology and processes to continue serving you in a virtual office platform.

Document delivery will be conducted via regular mail or email. Where possible, please email us your documents. For documents requiring signatures, we will mail or email the documents for you to review, print, sign, and return to us. The mailing address of our Charlotte Immigration Office is: P.O. Box 241553 Charlotte NC 28224

We continue to have the ability to take your legal fee payments via phone with a credit or debit card. For payments that you are not able to do via credit or debit cards, you have the option to do a Zelle Transfer utilizing our email info@pardolawfirm.com or by mailing a check or money order. If you need any special accommodations due to impact of the Coronavirus outbreak, please don’t hesitate to give us a call to discuss payment options.

As we navigate and adapt to these changes, we want to tell you again that we appreciate your continued trust and support during these challenging times. Rest assured we will continue to serve you and work on each one of your cases and we will get through this together.
