Keeping you and our staff safe is a top priority. With the current concerns related to the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19), we want to take this opportunity to let you know that we are committed to doing our part to keep clients and staff healthy.
We’ve ramped up cleaning efforts. Our office is cleaned daily, with sanitizing solutions used in high-touch, high-traffic areas and ongoing throughout the day.
We have asked associates who aren’t feeling well to refrain from coming in.
We will be refraining from shaking hands when greeting our clients, and our staff is instructed to use hand sanitizer immediately after any contact.
As this situation has continued to rapidly evolve, we are taking measures to be prepared in the event that more drastic measures need to be taking with social distancing.
In the meantime, we encourage clients to reschedule their appointments if not feeling well or if they have traveled to any country with a CDC level 2 designation or higher within the last 2 weeks.
We also want to remind you that we offer phone and video consultation appointments for new and existing clients. We highly suggest making use of email or postal mail to deliver any documentation instead of bringing it in person.
