NEW IMMIGRATION PROCESS

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) announces a new process to promote family unity and stability. These new measures facilitate the regularization of undocumented spouses and children of U.S. citizens. To be considered, a person must:

  • Have entered without a permit or parole,
  • Have been continuously present in the United States since June 17, 2014, and
  • Have a valid marriage with a U.S. citizen on or before June 17, 2024.
